Construction Manager
Starting a Site Manager, I was soon escalated to a Senior role as Site Manager, which then saw a move onto Construction Management. This is due to Badge Constructions providing training, support and the desire to see staff progress to levels that will continue to test their skills and enjoy the rewards from hard work. One door opened for me and with the support of Management, I ensure those opportunities aren’t wasted.
