This stylish two-storey concrete precast tilt up office building featured glazed shop fronts, curtain walls and a large front Alucobond facia that span the entire East and West wings.
The finished building is divided into two adjoining wings with a lobby in the centre. The wings comprise of Delta floor suspended slabs and 75mm concrete topping. Minimal fitout works were also required including floor coverings, ceilings, mechanical services, electrical services and toilet facilities. The Lobby comprised of face concrete precast tilt panels, face concrete stair case, large granite tile flooring and a central lift. The lobby also had provisions for a tv to be recessed into the floor. Completion of a large 300+ external carpark and 96 partly secured and undercover carparks were also included in the works.
This finished building will be used for offices space and a downstairs public café. It is a building that will to add to the local urban landscape and provide it’s users with a modern and functional space.
