This four storey split level style building was constructed for the expanding Peter Moyes Anglican School, now named the Allan Shaw Centre.  The purpose of the building was to provide a comprehensive arts and drama facility for students. The finished product included classrooms, a full theatre, costume storage, a loft and lift access.

Building elements included concrete and brick work with the roof being constructed of tile and steel.  The building has a number of levels on a sloping site which proved to be a challenging build whereby the bottom level of the new building is five metres lower then the adjacent existing building. The existing building was only five metres from the new construction so temporary retaining shoring was put in place to hold during the erection of the retaining walls.

Badge maintained a great relationship with both the architect and the client throughout the course of this project. This was proved when the architect asked Badge to price the forward works for the next stage of the school, and were successful.
